Using COMMEX

By accessing COMMEX, you agree to use the platform for lawful learning, assessment, career-readiness, and organization-authorized purposes. Separate written terms agreed with an institution or purchaser may also apply.

Accounts and access

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your account access secure.
• Do not share one-time passwords, access tokens, paid access, or monitored assessment sessions.
• Tell COMMEX promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Acceptable use

You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit harmful content, misuse another person’s information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or assessments.

Learning and AI-assisted features

Course content, scores, recommendations, salary estimates, interview feedback, and other AI-assisted outputs are educational guidance. They do not guarantee employment, admission, compensation, certification, or a particular outcome and should be reviewed using your own judgment.

Purchases and service availability

Prices, credits, plan limits, and included services are shown at purchase or provided through an organization agreement. Features may be improved, replaced, suspended, or retired to maintain security, quality, and availability.

Content and third-party services

COMMEX content and platform materials may not be copied or redistributed except where the service expressly allows it. Links to third-party meeting, payment, or content services are also subject to those providers’ terms.
